Return & Exchange Eligibility
1. Change of Mind
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be unused and in original condition

Be returned in its original packaging

Include all accessories, manuals, and inserts
Once approved, a prepaid return label will be provided and must be used within 7 days.
2. Manufacturing Defects
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement or refund within 30 calendar days of delivery.
This policy does not cover:

3. Damaged Upon Arrival
If the package arrives visibly damaged:

Photos of the packaging and damaged product are required.
4. Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Inspection Process
Returned products are inspected within 10 business days after arrival at our facility.
If the return is approved, the refund or replacement process will begin immediately.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product model, size, color, and specifications before completing the purchase.
Refund Methods
Store Credit
Refund can be issued as store credit for future purchases.
Credit Card
Refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 1–2 billing cycles depending on the card issuer.
Bank Transfer
Refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original account used for payment.
Lost Packages or Out-of-Stock Products
If an order is lost in transit or cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues, a full refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated after a product has been successfully delivered, we reserve the right to request the return of the merchandise and provide proof of delivery to the payment processor.
