Order Processing

At Veynorr, every order is carefully processed to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high demand.

We work with carefully selected manufacturing and fulfillment partners located in:

  • Europe

  • United States

  • Asia

To provide faster delivery whenever possible, orders destined for the European Union may be shipped from local European fulfillment centers.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local postal services, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can also monitor your shipment through your customer account, when available.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Delivery Delays

Unexpected events such as:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • High seasonal demand

may occasionally affect delivery times.

We will investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate solution.

Correct Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Failed delivery caused by customer error

the customer may choose one of the following options:

  • Reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply)

  • Refund excluding original shipping costs

Failed Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery at least once.

If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be held at a local collection point for approximately 7–10 days.

Packages not collected within the carrier's holding period may be returned to the sender.

Any reshipment costs resulting from an unclaimed package may be the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Duties, VAT & Import Fees

For international shipments, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or administrative fees may occasionally apply depending on local regulations.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside our control.

If additional charges arise, please contact our support team before making payment, and we will work with you to find the best possible solution.

Split Shipments

For logistical reasons, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

In such cases:

  • Multiple tracking numbers may be issued

  • Packages may arrive on different dates

You will not incur any additional shipping costs for split shipments.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been lost in transit, we will investigate the matter with the carrier.

If the package is officially confirmed as lost, you may choose between:

  • A free replacement shipment

  • A full refund

Delays Exceeding 30 Business Days

If your order has not been delivered within 30 business days from shipment and is confirmed delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, you may choose:

  • Free reshipment of the order

  • Full refund of the purchase amount
